Digital Frontier 2017: Multi-brand vs. Mono-Brand

The 5th edition of Digital Frontier is out now, the report conducted by Contactlab and published by Exane BNP Paribas, which has been mapping global e-luxury trends for many years.
The research confirms that customers who are digitally contactable as well as multi-channel customers spend more (20% more than people who refuse promotions and 50% more than people who only buy in-store respectively), a trend that has become well-established over the past three years.
Today 85% of Fashion & Luxury brands’ revenue comes from customers registered on their database: investing in customer management with CRM technology that lets you identify and digitally contact consumers, get to know their habits, behaviors and purchasing preferences such as to build better relationships is a new challenge for brands.
