China Online Boom: …yet to come for Ostrich Luxury Brands


The report released by Contactlab in collaboration with Exane BNP Paribas, provides a China’s Digital Competitive Map.

The research analyze top 34 luxury brands, including 2 Chinese brands (Chow Tai Fook and Shanghai Tang)  in the use of digital as a strategic leverage for business.

Chinese Market is, and will be, very significant for luxury brand: over the next couple of years, the value for global luxury brands will be sizable if they can get their digital engagement right in China.

The research highlights how several leading global brands, including Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, still have no direct e-Commerce offering.

The report proclaim Burberry as the best brand performer.
