This new research, lead by ContactLab and Exane BNP Paribas, measure digital and physical retail integration amongst top designers. ContactLab’s team of experts carried out more than 60 store visits in New York City measuring 21 parameters, looking at three areas:

1) Technology in-store;
2) How digital clients are received and services in-store;
3) How digital is leveraged to make the most of traffic in-store.
