4 million euro increase in capital for Contactlab

Contactlab has become since November 19th, 2014 a company limited by shares and is approving a capital increase of 4 million euros. This move sees the entry of P101, the venture capital operator promoted by Andrea Di Camillo, specialised in investment in the digital sector.

With this operation, Contactlab confirms its path of industrial, financial and organizational development. Its inclusion in the Elite programme of the Borsa Italiana, the training and consultancy program for the most promising Italian companies, combined with this capital increase represent the natural evolution of this growth.

The interest of P101, which is entering with a minority stake, is an important step forward in the further development of our company, confirming both its robustness and attractiveness. Thanks to the funds provided by P101, our company will speed up our product research and development plan and our expansion in international markets.
