What do you do?
I manage everything relating to the client, which first of all means getting to know them, listening, and understanding what they need. I then convey that information internally, with the goal of both customer satisfaction and meeting company goals.
What are the most interesting aspects of your job?
There are no restrictions, everything is done internally, there’s a lot of availability and proactivity on the part of our technical colleagues, you’re never alone on a project.
