Andrea Longo is Contactlab’s new VP Customer Success

Contactlab is expanding its management team with the entrance of Andrea Longo as the new VP Customer Success. After graduating in Electrical Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, he gained valuable experience in the Media and Telecoms market. In 2013, he started working at Piksel, the software house specialising in platforms for digital content management in the position of Managing Director of the Italian branch with operational responsibilities throughout the whole of Southern Europe.

The arrival of Andrea Longo underlines Contactlab’s desire to strengthen its industrial capacity and further evolve its offer. His division brings together varied transversal customer management areas: developing business related to acquired customers, management of complex projects, creative solutions, strategic consultancy, system integration services and bespoke solutions.
